<p>The City <span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">of Santa Barbara (City) </span>is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to conduct two independent, comprehensive, cost-of-service rate studies (Studies) for its Water and Wastewater utilities, including preparing Ten-Year Financial Plans (Plans) for both utilities with proposed rate adjustments that are necessary to cover the cost of operating, maintaining, and upgrading the Water and Wastewater systems. <span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">Please see RFP for full project description and details.</span></p> <p></p>
