This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, effective 1 February 2026, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is intended to result in the issuance of a singular firm fixed price award. Solicitation Number N62789-26-Q-1007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2026-01 with an effective date of 13 March 2026. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 314910, size standard: 500. CLIN 0001: The Contractor shall manufacture two (2) Virginia Class (SSN 774) Logistics Escape Trunk (LET) dog shack hatch covers (environmental protection enclosures). See included statement of work reference 2.1 for exact requirements. CLIN 0002: The Contractor shall manufacture two (2) Virginia Class (SSN 774) Logistics Plug Trunk (LPT) dog shack hatch covers (environmental protection enclosures). See included statement of work reference 2.2 for exact requirements. CLIN 0003: Contractor shall Deliver/Ship to (FOB Destination). Delivery must be accomplished between Monday - Friday between 0700 and 1330 EST.
