NOTICE TYPE: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation No. 951700-26-Q-0019 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. (iv) The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) seeks a fixed?price six months contract for Antenna Maintenance Support at the U.S. Agency for Global Media, Station at Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines.
