This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H71227Q00001 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for nonpersonal Hospitalist Physician Services for Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) and participating Phoenix Area Ordering Activities. Prior Solicitation. This solicitation supersedes RFQ-26-PHX-050, Nonpersonal Hospitalist Services, which the Government canceled without award. No award was made under RFQ-26-PHX-050. This solicitation is a new Request for Quotations and incorporates revised and clarified requirements and current applicable acquisition requirements. Quoters shall prepare quotations based solely on Solicitation No. 75H71227Q00001 and its attachments, as amended, and should not rely upon the requirements, instructions, evaluation methodology, pricing structure, or other terms of RFQ-26-PHX-050. This acquisition is set aside for eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, and applicable RFO HHSAR Part 326/352 deviation requirements. The Government intends to establish one or more BPAs. The number of BPAs is not predetermined and will result from the comparative evaluation described in this solicitation.
