The City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation & Forestry – Bay Beach Amusement Park (“City”) is soliciting Bids from qualified vendors for Bay Beach Rail Ballast removal and Replacement. Vendors submitting Bids (“Bidders”) are required to read this Request for Bids (“RFB”) in its entirety and follow the instructions contained herein.
