Description
Martin County has identified CMAR Consulting, LLC as the proposed Single Source provider for the continued development, maintenance, operation, data integration, spatial analysis, application support, and technical support of the County’s existing Coastal Geographic Information System (GIS), subject to the results of this Notice. The proposed Single Source determination is based on CMAR’s documented experience with, direct development and maintenance of, and integration into the County’s existing Coastal GIS environment, as further described below. The services are limited to the existing Coastal GIS Program and its associated coastal management, inlet and beach management, environmental monitoring, habitat restoration, water quality, reef management, shoreline management, strategic asset management, and resilience planning activities. This agreement does not include independently performing professional land surveying, hydrographic surveying, engineering design, or other professional services requiring procurement under CCNA.
