The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, transportation, equipment parts, permits/licenses, and every other item of expense necessary to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, as well as subsequent as-needed services, for oxidation ditch aerators and mixers at the wastewater plant at California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Men¿s Colony (CMC), located off Highway 1, San Luis Obispo, California, 93409.
