Sealed bids are invited for Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) construction of Outdoor Classroom Pavilion Space, PC: 702-18579-000 located at 397 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, Virginia. The project is generally described as a 1,960 sq. outdoor gathering space including, but not limited to, grading, landscaping, site masonry, concrete foundations and sidewalks, outdoor lighting/electrical, and drainage utilities.
