Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis for the Purchase and Install of Nitrogen Systems at Multiple Facilities at FE Warren AFB, WY. Reference Attachments: Atch 1 - PWS 2 Jun 2026 Atch 2 - Environmental Specs Atch 3 - Contractor Safety Guide Atch 4 - Photos of Fire Suppression System Site Visit is on Thuersday, 27 Aug 2026 at 9:00 am, VCC Gate 1. Submit names of attendees to the POCs listed here no later than 11:00 am MT, 26 Aug 2026. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email only to the POCs no later than 3:00 pm MT, 28 Aug 2026. Quotations no later than 11:00 am MT, 8 Sep 2026, via email only. Pay close attention to Sections L and M of the Solicitation Document (pages 28-30).
