This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Government is seeking capability statements from commercial sources to determine market availability, technical feasibility, and potential small business set-aside avenues (SDVOSB) for an Enterprise Patient Elopement & Wander Management System. Please submit the following: Interested contractors shall submit a Capability Statement detailing: Company Information: Legal Business Name, SAM.gov UEI/CAGE Code, Point of Contact, and Socioeconomic Status under NAICS 541519. Technical Capability: Brief narrative demonstrating capability to deliver, install, and service an enterprise patient elopement platform. Indicate if providing brand-name products (e.g., GuardRFID, Stanley Healthcare/Huggies/WanderGuard) or equal custom solutions. Contract Vehicles: List any existing GWAC or FSS contracts (e.g., GSA MAS, VA FSS, SEWP) your firm currently holds that cover these supplies/services. 4.
