Update - 22 Sep 26 The purpose of this update is to revise section VIII request additional input regarding: 1. Capacity to support all requirements in the PWS (to include the potential for increased quantity of exercises) for the anticipated 7-year ordering period without subcontracting more than 50% 2. Whether a single award or multiple award IDIQ is recommended Update - 14 Sep 26 The purpose of this update is to clarify procurement history of this requirement. While this is not a follow-on acquisition, portions of this requirement are currently being satisfied under FA251824D0001 awarded to Gemini Technical Services JV, LLC. I. General Information: The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses. This Sources Sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this notice marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. In accordance with RFO 15.101(c), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this Sources Sought will assist the Government in determining the potential level of interest, competition adequacy, and technical capabilities of industry respondents (specifically small businesses) to provide the required products and services. The Government may also use this information to assist in determining whether a small business set-aside (or other socioeconomic set-aside) will be appropriate or developing any subsequent small business subcontract participation and small business goal percentages.
