Description
The City of Clemson, South Carolina is requesting sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive city-wide Stormwater Master Plan to identify flooding issues, assess the existing stormwater system, analyze and update the current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), and evaluate the current stormwater management program to fund improvements that mitigate against future flooding related damage.
