Description
The Contractor shall provide Fire Door and Window Frame Certification and Labeling Services on an ¿as-needed basis¿ and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and any other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program, Corcoran State Prison (COR) located at 4001 King Avenue, Corcoran, CA 93212
