Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) dewatering well-water pump removal, installation, and repair services as described herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, disposal, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to repair and/or replace dewatering well water pumps, motors, repair motor control equipment, electric flow meters, pressure gauges and all well monitoring equipment, including existing data logging and well cleaning by water-jet treatment or purge and remote access equipment.
