THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-262 (Program Office for MQ-4C Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS)), is soliciting information from industry to determine potential contractors who have the skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge to provide the comprehensive engineering, logistics, material, maintenance, program management, and operational support required to successfully provide the sustaining and reach back engineering support needed to sustain the United States Navy and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) MQ-4C Triton UAS at both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations. This effort includes up to higher than Secret classification level of support. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) is the original designer, developer, and manufacturer of the MQ-4C Triton UAS. As such they possess the requisite technical data and knowledge to meet the Navy�s requirements for sustaining engineering support of the MQ-4C UAS. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining from NGSC all manufacturing drawing and proprietary specification data necessary to support the sustainment of the MQ-4C Triton UAS.
