Department of Watershed Management, has issued this Request to procure services for the purpose of selecting professional services consultants to provide the following services (“Services”): Engineering design, including initial planning, programming, design, engineering support during construction and start-up, and knowledge transfer for water conveyance, water/wastewater treatment, water distribution, wastewater collection, watershed protection including stormwater drainage system, and power projects.
