Description
The City of Hardeeville has prepared this Invitation for Bids (IFB) soliciting bids for the construction of a new traffic signal mounted on steel strain poles and span wire on S-27-442 (Argent Boulevard) at its intersection with Sundance Drive and Sgt. Wm. Jasper Boulevard. These services shall include, but not be limited to, the signal’s construction, its phasing, maintenance of traffic, materials testing, and operation of the signal during an appropriate burn-in period pending.
