The purpose of Amendment HT940626QE0600003 is to: (1) Extend the offer Due Date and Local Time for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT940626QE060 to 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, to 25 September 2026. (2) Extend the deadline for submitting questions, as follows: All questions must be submitted in writing via email NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M., Eastern Time, 23 September 2026. SUBJECT: Solicitation No.: HT940626QE060. NO telephonic questions will be accepted. (3) Due to a system error which resulted in Amendment #0002 not being viewable by potential offerors in SAM.gov. Amendment #0003 publicizes responses to questions submitted prior to the original solicitation closing date of 17 August 2026. Responses to questions submitted are provided in Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT9406QE060. (4) Amendment #0003 modifies the Government's response to Question 1 (Q1), Answer 1 (A1) is hereby superseded in its entirety as detailed in Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT940626QE060. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible offerors may submit a quotation.
