BVU Authority (âBVUâ), a political subdivision of Virginia, is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the inspection of BVU-owned wood poles. Poles are located within the BVU electric service area which includes Washington and Scott Counties in Virginia, the City of Bristol, Virginia and Sullivan County, Tennessee.
