Description
The purpose of amendment 0007 to RFP FA448426R0001 is to extend the Solicitation closing date and incorporate the following: 1) Remove FAR/RFO 52.228-8 and replace it with "CONTRACTOR VEHICLES, LIABILITY, AND RISK ALLOCATION" in Section H- Special Contract Requirement. 2) Incorporate FAR/RFO 52.228-5 Insurance-Work on a Government Installation. 3) Provide a revised copy of the answers to questions posted. Revisions are directly related to Vehicle CLINs 0008, 1008, 2008, 3008, 4008. 4) Incorporate an updated PWS dated 01 Oct 2026 and revised PWS 2.11.1.3 from "Maintain insurance and liability levels as required in FAR Clause 52.228-8 Liability and Insurance-Leased Motor Vehicles." to "Maintain insurance and liability levels as required in FAR 28.306 Insurance under fixed-price contracts and as outlined in the contract." 5) The solicitation closing date is extended to Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 4:00PM EST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. _______________________________ The purpose of amendment 0006 to RFP FA448426R0001 is to 1) EXTEND the solicitation closing date to Wednesday, OCTOBER 7, 2026 at 4:00PM EST and 2) Correct a typo in Addendum to RFO 52.212-2(F)(3)(a). Reference to (SF1449 Block 3) is hereby corrected to read (SF1449 Block 6).
