Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into an agreement with one contractor to provide Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) approved glass beads for reflectorizing traffic markings on an “as needed basis” as requested by the City Traffic Engineer, or his designee. All goods shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.
