NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 5070 Flightline Dr. Lease 2026-RFP-013 The City of Kingman, Arizona ("City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Ground Lease of approximately 79,040 square feet of land plus an existing 960 square foot office building (commonly known as the “Gas Shack”) located at 5070 Flightline Drive, Kingman Municipal Airport. The City is seeking a qualified operator to lease the property for aeronautical uses, subject to the terms of the City’s standard Airport Ground Lease with a contract term of a minimum of five (5) years . Pr oposals are due by 11:00 am , Arizona time, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 . The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any proposal when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Qualified firms must have the ability to Experience in managing an aeronautical business with the ability to construct hangars, warehouses, and building that serve aeronautical operations. The proposer must comply with all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. . The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman's website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman . Proposers wishing to submit questions regarding this RFP must do so by 4:00 pm , Arizona time, on Monday, October 19, 2026 . Questions must be submitted through the procurement portal. Proposals must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal. Proposals must be submitted by 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 . The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any proposal when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
