The Baltimore District, RSFO, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 50,000 usable square feet of contiguous office space within the following areas/zip codes: Palo Alto: 94301 to 94306, 94309 Mountain View: 94040,94041, 94043 Moffett: 94035 Sunnyvale: 94085 to 94087, 94089 Santa Clara: 95050, 95051, 95054 The defined delineated area is set forth in the Map Attachment. The Map Attachment is not to scale, and all properties must be within the above listed zip codes to be considered. Must use Government Lease attached. Please see all five (5) attachments to this solicitation for further information and guidance. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.beta.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer � System for Award Management, which indicates �All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).� Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.beta.SAM.gov.
