NOTICE TO PROPOSERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Franklin, TN, is receiving sealed written proposals until 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at which time they will be publicly unsealed, for the following procurement: Mowing Services for City of Franklin, TN Parks Department (Solicitation No. 2027-009) Proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the City’s request for proposals and other procurement documents pertaining to this solicitation, including any addenda that may be issued, available on the Business Opportunities page of the City’s website (https://www.franklintn.gov/) or by contacting City Purchasing (purchasing@franklintn.gov; 615-550-6692). Per T.C.A. § 12-4-116, potential proposers are not required to receive or respond to this procurement solicitation electronically. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive minor informalities.
