The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with Bryce DeCook for Type 1 – Seasonally flooded basin and Type 2 – Wet Meadow wetland banking credits according to statute 8420. MN DNR has deemed this a single source due to statute, wetland and watershed type. No other company can act on behalf of Bryce DeCook to provide these credits.
