AMENDMENT 0001 - 9/4/26: This solicitation is hereby amended. The changes are listed in box 14 and continuing onto the next page of attachmnent (C05a Amendmnet 0001 1240LT26Q0137). The response date is extended to 9/25/26. It is anticipated that a single Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. Therefore, to be considered responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 8/21/26: There was a substantial amount of questions recieved for this project. Additional time is needed to answer them all. It is anticipated that answers to those questions will be posted to this solicitation durring the week of 8/31/26, through 9/4/26. At that time the response due date will be extended to allow review of the answers and any possible amendment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0137 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction of a new headhouse building, construction of a new Greenhouse building, the post-fire repairs of the existing greenhouse building, and site support work at the Lucky Peak Nursery site in Boise, Idaho. An option item for a warehouse building is included. See the SOW for more information. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
