Description
Successful Bidder (hereinafter in this Scope referred to as “Contractor”) shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, cleaning materials, supplies, safety devices, licensing, barricades, fencing, signage, and incidentals necessary to provide window cleaning services that will meet the requirements of the Agreement. Services may include interior and exterior glass and accessible windowsills at designated County facilities. The Contractor shall provide all equipment normally used in the window cleaning trade. The County reserves the right to award multiple Agreements. No minimum quantity or amount of services is guaranteed. Services will be requested as needed and only when authorized by the County. The County may add or remove services within the scope of the Agreement.
