Amendment 0002: 1) Updates CLIN descriptions to accurately reflect both facility addresses 2) Provides answers to vendor-submitted questions 3) Updates Section L, Clause SA18 to more clearly reflect the requirements regarding Customer Satisfaction Surveys. No other changes were made via this amendment. ********** This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the MVY Air Traffic Control Tower in West Tisbury, MA, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work and Frequency Chart in the following attachments: J-1 MVY SOW J-5 MVY Frequency Chart This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is: 561720 � Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 1/1/27.
