<p><span style="color:black">The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors, that have a Headquarters or Main Office within 50 miles of the Central Library (828 I St. Sacramento, CA 95814), to provide comprehensive services for the audit, design coordination, fabrication, permitting, installation of updated exterior signage across approximately 24 library branches, and the removal of old signage. The Contractor/s shall provide a turnkey solution, including all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and documentation required to deliver a complete and consistent signage program aligned with SPL’s new brand standards.</span></p> <p><strong>Submittal of Proposals</strong></p><p>The Sacramento Public Library has implemented an e-Procurement platform called Bonfire.
