Work with the Olympic Peninsula YMCA to provide financial modeling and feasibility consulting services for a proposed co-located youth housing and family resource campus in city of Sequim / Clallam County, Washington. The selected consultant will support the YMCA in refining the project’s total development budget, operating pro forma, revenue assumptions, business model, and long-term sustainability plan, and may also include tax credit opportunities.
