PHASE 2: The project consists of various concrete site improvements throughout the City of Dinuba, including the construction of sidewalk along College Avenue and El Monte Way. The work also includes upgrades to ADA curb ramps at Tulare Steet / H Street. PHASE 3: The project consists of various site improvements throughout the City of Dinuba, including the installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons at the intersection of College Avenue / Academy Way.
