The anticipated contract structure is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) lease consisting of one (1) 12-month Base Year and subsequent 12-month ordering periods, covering delivery, comprehensive full-service maintenance, registration, insurance, and end-of-term return. Delivery: Fully operational, inspected, and road-ready assets to designated ASG-J receiving points in Jordan. Operational Readiness: Vehicles delivered turn-key and configured for immediate operational service. Sustainment: Full-service preventative and corrective maintenance with 24-hour loaner/replacement SLA.
