This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document is attached to this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325998 - All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 650 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6810 - Chemicals. Network Contracting Office 2 is seeking to purchase bulk road salt for the Lyons VA Medical Center. This RFQ is expected to result in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year period of performance, to include a twelve (12) month Base Period and four (4) twelve (12) month Option Years.
