<p>Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and</p><p>incidental to the completion of the project known as "LAKEWOOD SAFE ROUTE TO</p><p>SCHOOL, TR-25-16" at the intersection of Lakechime Drive and Meadowlake Drive and</p><p>along Meadowlake Drive between Lakechime Drive and Lakefair Drive. The work</p><p>includes construction of curb extensions and curb radius reductions to shorten crossing</p><p>distances and slow vehicle turns, reconstruction of ADA-compliant curb ramps per</p><p>PROWAG standards, installation of high-visibility crosswalks and new sidewalk</p><p>segments, and upgrades to pavement striping, signage, and street lighting to enhance</p><p>visibility and safety. Utility adjustments or relocations will be completed as needed, and,</p><p>where feasible, landscape curb extensions will incorporate Green Stormwater</p><p>Infrastructure to improve water quality and support the City’s stormwater management</p><p>and sustainability goals, according to plans and specifications prepared by Wilsey Ham</p><p>and according to the contract documents.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26)">Download Bid Invitation document for detailed description and scope</span></p>
