Do not submit proposals in response to this draft RFP. Any proposals submitted in response to the draft solicitation will not be accepted or evaluated. Anticipated Schedule Pre-Solicitation Notice Questions Deadline: July 28, 2026, 10:00 a.m. ET Pre-Solicitation Closing Date: July 30, 2026, 5:00 p.m. ET Formal RFP Release (anticipated): July 31, 2026 Proposal Response Date (anticipated): August 10, 2026 All questions regarding this Pre-Solicitation Notice and the accompanying draft RFP must be submitted in writing no later than July 28, 2026, 10:00 a.m. ET to Terricia Lloyd, Terricia.Lloyd@va.gov, and Brett Schwerin, Brett.Schwerin@va.gov. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered. Pre-Solicitation will close on July 30, 2026, 5:00 p.m. ET The dates identified above are estimates only and are subject to change. VA will issue a formal amendment to this notice, or the formal RFP itself, if the anticipated release or response dates change. All other terms and conditions of the Pre-Solicitation Notice remain unchanged.
