This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Detention Center (FDC Houston) is issuing a solicitation, 15B51727Q00000001, for 1st QTR FY 27 Kosher line items. Shipping will be FOB Destination.
