The River Valley Regional Commission Area Agency on Aging, 710 Front Avenue, Suite A, Columbus, Georgia 31901 is requesting proposals from potential applicants for a contract and/or contracts to provide Evidence Based Programs in the following counties: Chattahoochee, Clay, Crisp, Dooly, Harris, Macon, Marion, Muscogee, Quitman, Randolph, Schley, Stewart, Sumter, Talbot, Taylor, and Webster. Evidence Based Programs include, but are not limited to: Tai Chi for Arthritis, Matter of Balance, Chronic Disease Self-Management, and Diabetes Self-Management.
