The Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania Department Of Corrections Is Looking For A Supplier To Supply The Department Of Corrections Doc Training Academy 1451 N Market Street Elizabethtown Pa 17022 With Dry Goods For The Time Period Of October November And December 2026 Starting 10 01 2026 12 31 2026 Items Must Meet Product Specifications As Outlined In The Solicitation No Alternate Unit Of Measures Uom Will Be Accepted Invoice Uom Must Match The Issued Purchase Order The Requested Product Quantities Are Provided As An Estimate For The Requested Time Period Noted Above Quarter The Training Academy Maintains The Right To Increase Decrease Estimated Quantities Using The Same Price Quoted During The Term Of Agreement The Training Academy Food Service Manager Will Contact The Awarded Supplier And Request Periodic Deliveries Throughout The Term Of The Purchase Order Vendors Must Deliver Requested Products Within 48 Hours The Awarded Supplier Is Required To Provide The Specific Products As Outlined On The Purchase Order Po All Product Will Be Inspected Before They Are Received By The Doc Training Academy The Doc Reserves The Right To Reject Any Product That Do Not Meet The Food Specifications Outlined In The Solicitation
