The VCCS is requesting to conduct an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to solicit competitive bids from qualified vendors to supply and delivery two (2) 2026 International HV607 SBA / 4-Seater Tractor Trailer Trucks for Southside Virginia Community College's CDL Program.Bids will be Received Until: October 28, at 2:30 PM local time and publicly opened.All Bids must be received ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH eVA at the date and time stated immediately above. EMAILED AND OR FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Please Submit the IFB Document as a single document.CONTACTING ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OF THE VCCS OR THE COLLEGE MAY RESULT IN THE BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.In lieu of a Pre-Bid Conference, questions will ONLY be accepted by e-mail ONLY to the Gladys Rios through October 8, 2026 at 2:30 PM any inquiries regarding this solicitation should be directed only to: Gladys Rios, Senior Contract Officer at Email: crios@ssc.vccs.edu.
