The intent of this RFP is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to conduct a study which provides data-driven analysis and best-practice recommendations regarding the staffing of the Division of State Police within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, and correctional custody and counseling staffing within the Department of Correction.
