The Banks County Board of Education (BCBOE) (Owner) is soliciting Proposals from Construction Professionals/firms interested in providing Construction Professional (CP) services for the Banks County Primary School and Elementary School Modifications. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify potential providers of these services. The Preferred Delivery Method for the Project will be Construction Manager-at-Risk (CM @ Risk).
