The New York City (the City) Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks or the Agency) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work for reconstruction of small building projects located at Parks properties (Small Buildings). The estimated construction cost for these Small Buildings projects will not exceed $3,000,000.
