Description
The Central Massachusetts Regional 911 District is undertaking one of the most significant public safety infrastructure projects in its history through the development of a new Regional Emergency Communications Center. The District intends to lease an existing facility and perform a comprehensive retrofit and renovation to transform the structure into a purpose-built Regional Emergency Communications Center. A lease agreement is anticipated to be awarded in early November 2026; however, this date is subject to change. The District seeks to retain a highly qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to serve as its representative throughout every phase of the project. The selected firm will provide leadership, technical expertise, project controls, budget oversight, procurement assistance, construction administration, technology coordination, commissioning oversight, and occupancy planning while protecting the District's interests throughout the duration of the project.
