<p>The City of Pomona ("City") is seeking bids (“Bids”) from qualified firms ("Proposers") for the will call purchase of Asphalt Concrete Hot-Mix Material as needed throughout the City of Pomona. The City seeks to award a five year agreement.</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p> If delivering into the City of Pomona city limits in a non-common vehicle, a City of Pomona Business License is required, as well as current insurance as described by the City.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability and knowledge of drivers to adhere to City of Pomona truck routes.</p></li></ul><p></p> <p>All materials supplied under this contract shall be in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction," latest edition, published by Building News, Inc., 3055 Overland Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90034, hereinafter referred to as the Standard Specifications.</p>
