York County Solid Waste Collection & Recycling Division is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors interested in providing asphalt pavement removal/milling, subgrade inspection and repair, preparation, and repaving of existing driving surfaces at four (4) York County Collection and Recycling Centers, including two separate paving areas at the Lesslie Collection & Recycling Center.
