<p>The City of Huntington Beach is soliciting quotes for two (2) NEW 2027 Ford Explorer ST w/ 4WD (see full spec list). The only difference between the two units is the color, the City needs one (1) Carbonized Gray Matallic and one (1) Star White Metellic Tri-Coat. The City may award one or multiple awards but does not guarantee a specific number to be awarded.</p><p>Dealer Lot is preferred and takes priority over having to order from Ford Motor Company.</p><p><strong>Deliverly Address</strong>: 17371 Gothard St., Huntington Beach, CA 92647</p><p></p><p><strong>Items needing to be completed/submitted:</strong></p><p>· Line Item Pricing (found under “Line Items” tab). Input pricing within <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://planetbids.com">planetbids.com</a>.</p><p>· Vehicle Spec Sheet Breakdown (found under “documents” tab). Print, complete, and upload with your bid submission as a General Attachment.</p><p>· Include delivery date, Doc Fee and Terriff(s) (if any). And any additional comments about the vehicle(s), the vendor is submitting a bid for.</p><p>· Include Vehicle Specification sheet PDF with submission Response File.</p><p>· Please review the document titled “Instructions to Bidders”.</p><p></p><p><strong>**Failure to acknowledge and provide such information may make your quote invalid.**</strong></p> <p><strong>Terms and Conditions</strong></p><p>Vehicle must be delivered within 120 days of award for final inspection by City.</p><p>From the date that this RFQ is issued until a firm is selected and the selection is announced, firms are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any City employee other than the contracting officer listed above regarding this RFQ.
