Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Springfield Delineated Area: City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,649 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,732 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF) 1,979 Space Type: Office Reserved Government Vehicle Parking Spaces: 3 Reserved Visitor/Customer Parking Spaces: 4 Non-Reserved Employee Parking Spacing (located on-site or within 300 feet of premises): 3 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Termination Rights: 120 Days Additional Requirements:Secured Parking is needed to accommodate 3 GOVs and 1 parking space to support pickup truck with 25 ft trailer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 [1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year)/.2-percent annual chance (formally 500-years] flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).).
