California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is inviting you to review and respond to this Request for Quote for Information Technology Services (RFQ-ITS), entitled RFQ-ITS 26-0044 HR Grievance Tracking System Refresh Project. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain professional services on a time-and-materials basis for the design, development, testing, and deployment of a software solution that manages public employee grievances and complaints across multiple levels of review. The Contractor will work collaboratively with the CAL FIRE Labor Relations Office to build a configurable, secure, and data-driven system that supports intake, tracking, reporting, and analysis. Read the attached document carefully. The RFQ-ITS due date is October 2nd, 2026 by 2:00 PM PT.
