The work consists of an addition to the original building comprising (11) classrooms, (3) science labs, associated workrooms and offices, an orchestra suite, and restrooms. The addition is Type IIA construction (sprinklered), consisting of load-bearing construction and masonry infill with a brick veneer exterior. The roof system consists of TPO over tapered insulation. The HVAC system consists of rooftop units. The work also includes new low-voltage systems.
