The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. SITE-SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NY HARBOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM MARGARET COCHRAN CORBIN VA MEDICAL CENTER 1. SCOPE OF WORK. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform monthly preventative maintenance and repair tasks for the equipment described in the solicitation.
